- Online Registration Opens: August 20 – September 3
- Receiving/Drop off artwork: Thursday, September 7, 4-6 PM
- Opening Reception: Thursday, September 14, 4-6 PM
- Removal Date: Thursday, October 26, 4-6 PM
Eligibility
- This exhibition is open to all CAS members current in their dues.
- Works produced in a classroom or during instruction are not eligible.
- Works must be ORIGINAL, 2D, no bigger than 48” on any side, including frame.
- NO WET PAINTINGS
- All media in drawing, painting, printmaking and mixed media allowed.
- No sculpture, photography, computer art, or giclée.
- Work must be suitably framed, wired, and ready to hang. No brackets or sawtooth hangers or clips. Paintings not properly wired for hanging WILL NOT BE HUNG.
- Works that have been previously exhibited in any CAS show are not eligible.
- Work should be completed within the past three years
- Clinton Town Hall is a public space. Work should be suitable for all audiences.
- CAS reserves the right to deny works for entry at Receiving.
Entry & Fees
- One painting may be submitted. $20 entry fee. To become a CAS member go to the Membership page or join at Receiving.
- Register your entry online below. Entry fee is paid at Receiving, cash or check only. Exhibition tag will be prepared for you from online entry. Inventory sheet may be downloaded or completed at Receiving.
- Membership must be up to date. Unpaid membership fees may be paid online or paid at Receiving and are valid until 12/31/23. Cash or Check payable to Clinton Art Society or by credit card online. Please contact [email protected] if you have any questions.
- 20% Commission on all sales
Clinton Art Society assumes no liability for damage, loss, or theft of submitted work. All artists are responsible for insuring their own work and hereby waive and release CAS, its volunteers and Board Members from any and all liability. Artists agree to commit accepted work for the duration of the exhibition. Due to space limitations, artwork must be picked up promptly at the show’s conclusion. If you cannot pick up your work on October 26, you must arrange for someone else to pick it up.
