Registration Requirements
1.Check your entry carefully before submitting. The program and wall tags are printed from your entry. Do not use quotes or all caps. We do not correct misspellings or typos.
2. Digital Photos are required for inclusion in the online gallery. Photos MUST be uploaded as a jpg. If your photo is a heic file, please convert it to a jpg before uploading.
3. LABEL your photos exactly as follows: Name, Title, Size, Medium, Price (or NFS)
4. Photos of artwork will not be accepted after online registration closes.
5. Payment processing can take up to a minute or more. Please do not exit the website until the submission notification appears on the page. Do not submit a second time. If you do not get a confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected]
Art may be photographed for inventory or advertising purposes. Submission of all artwork, framing and other materials is at the artists’ sole risk. Artwork must be suitably framed and wired for hanging. NO sawtooth hangers or clips. Work that is not suitably framed will not be hung. Due to space limitations, artwork must be picked up at the show’s conclusion. CAS does not have storage space. If you cannot pick your work up during pick-up time, please arrange for someone to pick it up for you.
Clinton Art Society assumes no liability for damage, loss, or theft of submitted work. All artists are responsible for insuring their own work and hereby waive and release CAS, its volunteers and Board Members from any and all liability. Due to space limitations, artwork must be picked up promptly at the show’s conclusion. If you cannot pick up your work on the pickup date, you must arrange for someone else to pick it up.
