Randie is a retired artichitect who moved to Old Lyme to immerse herself in this historic art community. She is inspired by the clarity of the light, the varying topography from the bucolic pastures and antique stonewalls to marshes and sea-side life. Randie’s style is varied and often unexpected. She has mastered different aspects of art, yet is anxious to always explore new areas, whether it is color, edges, impasto and texture or simply the tension created by dramatic lighting.
