CAS is delighted to feature the works of Diana Rogers in a solo exhibition at our Water’s Edge Satellite Gallery in Westbrook. Her waterscape paintings celebrate the abstract patterns of light and color during quiet moments along the shore. Artist Bio
Diana Rogers makes lively, colorful paintings of New England’s diverse landscapes and waterways. She takes a color-forward approach with pastels using vibrant hues and expressive mark-making.
Diana has had an active art practice throughout her adult years. With a background in medical and research fields, her art practice evolved over time with the influences of both artistic and scientific principles.
As an arts advocate, she is active in local and national organizations including Clinton Art Society, Lyme Art Association, CT Pastel Society and Mystic Museum of Art. She teaches workshops and classes throughout New England.
